Receptionist is normally helpful at times but when they make mistakes they get very defensive & unhelpful. Overall very good practice

My care today was excellent. Dr Golding was very thorough and helpful. The only improvement at the surgery needed is being able to get an appt with your own doctor more quickly.

The surgery was very clean. Receptionists are helpful when you phone or you go to the surgery. I cannot fined anything wrong with the doctor's, nurse, receptionists. I am very pleased with practice over all.
